Who can apply
Qualifications differ for every post, so read the advertisement for the one you want. As a guide:
- PGT (Physics): a Master's degree in the subject with at least 50% marks plus B.Ed, or an equivalent integrated course from an NCTE-recognised university
- TGT posts: a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks in the subject plus B.Ed, or a four-year integrated course
- Quarter Master: B.A. or B.Com with five years as a UDC (stores) or Quarter Master, or an ex-serviceman with ten years of experience in stores
How to apply

- Attach a recent passport-size photograph, your resume with email and phone number, and attested copies of mark sheets and certificates.
- Enclose a demand draft in favour of "Principal, Sainik School, Goalpara", payable at State Bank of India, Mornai (Code 9148). Fee: Rs 300 for General candidates and Rs 200 for SC, ST and OBC candidates, non-refundable.
