Registrar, Finance Officer and Other Senior Posts at Kokrajhar University (6 Posts)

Kokrajhar University is recruiting for six senior non-teaching posts, one each: Registrar, Academic Registrar, Controller of Examination, Deputy Controller of Examination, Deputy Registrar and Finance Officer. These are posts for experienced academics and administrators. Applications must reach the university by 24 October 2026, 5 PM.

Posts, pay and eligibility

Registrar

• Pay: Rs 1,44,200 to Rs 2,18,200 (Academic Level 14)
• Maximum age: 55 years on 1 January 2026
• A Master's degree with at least 55% marks
• At least 15 years as an Assistant Professor at Academic Level 11 or above, or 8 years at Level 12 or above including as Associate Professor, with at least 5 years as an educational administrator

Academic Registrar and Controller of Examination

• Senior posts with requirements similar to the Registrar's: a Master's degree with 55% marks and around 15 years of academic or administrative experience. See the advertisement for the exact conditions.

Deputy Controller of Examination and Deputy Registrar

• Pay: Rs 78,800 to Rs 2,11,500
• Maximum age: 50 years on 1 January 2026
• At least 9 years as an Assistant Professor and at least 5 years of administrative experience

Finance Officer

• Pay: Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,10,000 with a Grade Pay of Rs 12,700 (PB 4)
• A Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in finance and accounts in a university or Government organisation
